Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Thank you for choosing Pure People Organics.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Any current free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pure People Organics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

International Shipping

At this time, Pure People Organics primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, applicable rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees will be calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
