Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Pure People Organics, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in creating high-quality products using thoughtfully selected ingredients, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. At Pure People Organics, we do right by our customers by standing behind our principles, products, and quality. If you are not satisfied with a Pure People Organics care product purchased from purepeopleorganics.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may contact us for assistance within 45 days of the date of purchase. Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care, wellness, and household products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or special-order products

Guarantee Guidelines

Pure People Organics reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Pure People Organics concludes that the purchaser has abused the Pure People Organics 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Pure People Organics may amend or terminate the Pure People Organics 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
